Volunteer Opportunities:

2023/24 PAC is coming! All positions are available for volunteers to step in, including:

 

EXECUTIVE 

- Chair 

- Vice chair 

- Treasurer 

- Secretary 

 

COORDINATORS 

- Hot lunch 

- Fundraising 

- Class rep

- individual class reps ( each division) 

- Yearbook 

- Popcorn 

- Volunteer coordinator 

- Members at large 

- DPAC Rep

Elections will be held Tues, June 13th at 7PM in the CGE Library. No experience needed, enthusiasm! Come join our wonderful CGE crew :)

2022/23 Class Reps:

We're looking for a parent from each division to sign on as this year's class rep!

​

What does that entail?  

 

• Attend monthly PAC meetings when possible (held the 2nd Tuesday of each month in the library @7PM)

• Work with your teacher when special in-class events happen (think snack delegation for halloween party, end of year event etc)

• Recruit volunteers from your division if the PAC is looking for extra hands for special events

• Perfect for working parents and anyone wanting a little involvement without a huge time commitment.

• ​

This year we hope to be able to have more exciting and fun events for our kids and the success of these events depends on awesome parents just like you! You can expect a time commitment of about 2 - 4 hours per month.

Please let us know if you would like to be involved by Oct 15th if possible.
